Kent youths open complaints service

Youth Work
Two teenagers from Canterbury have helped to set up a complaints service for young people in the area.

James Brewster and Darren Savage, 17, have been working with Canterbury City Council to create the comments and complaints scheme. Called Feedback4youth, the system allows young people to have their say on local services such as youth groups, leisure activities and support groups.

The two young men held weekly meetings to develop the website during which they planned how to operate and market the scheme.

"The website will help young people feel that they are being listened to and will help services and businesses to provide the best service," said the young founders in a statement.
