Keepers of the capsule: A Sure Start to a centre's past

Three-year-old Hamzah and Aliyah, two, from the Sure Start Longsight project in Manchester, helped ex Man City goalkeeper Alex Williams prepare for the burial of a time capsule on the site of their new centre.

The capsule, containing the building's original architectural plan, children's drawings and mementos from St Robert's school, previously on the site, will stay buried for at least 100 years. Williams attended as part of celebrations for National Sure Start Month.
