What does it mean: Connexions offers information and advice to 13- to 19-year-olds. The Connexions Customer Information System enables local Connexions services to collect information about everyone aged 13 to 19 in their area. The information is used to spot those who are disengaged from education or showing signs of having personal problems that might present a barrier to learning.

How to use it: Connexions personal advisers can access the system and share their information with a wide range of health, education, social care and youth justice agencies.
