Inspections: Ofsted highlights youth work value

Five enhanced youth service inspections have been published for children and young people in Bexley, Birmingham, Cheshire, Havering and Kensington and Chelsea. Four services were rated good, with Birmingham rated adequate (see page 3). Inspectors judged outcomes for children and young people to be outstanding in Kensington and Chelsea's Joint Area Review, published at the same time.
