"Please Miss, I have a toothache and I need a wee." Learning about firstaid is a laughing matter for one class of six-year-olds, who call outthe chant in unison before collapsing into giggles.

The children, at an infant school in Surrey, are learning how to putsomeone in the recovery position - first lifting their hand in to the"please Miss" position, then taking their other hand across the chin, the "toothache position".
