Young offenders in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex are offered a creative way to perform their reparation orders by being given a chance to get involved in large-scale art projects from start to finish.
The Artscape programme, run by crime-reduction charity Nacro and now in its third year, averages 10 projects a year. It approaches local authorities and agencies to offer art on a large scale to enhance buildings and outside spaces.
