In Practice: Right Track

Mission: To reduce the over-representation of black young people in the criminal justice system

Funding: 300,000 a year from The Children's Society and local sources

The project now also works with Asian young people, and is looking to work with the Somali population.

Ann Tolaini, the programme manager, says: "Our aim has changed, because we realised you can't just focus on the offending behaviour. You have to look at all the issues in a young person's life."
