Children and families celebrated the official launch of Barnet's first purpose-built children's centre last month. Parkfield Children's Centre in West Hendon is the first in the London borough to be located on a school site and managed by a school.
It is part of the redevelopment of Parkfield Community PrimarySchool.
Services on offer include childcare, adult learning, parenting support,healthcare, a toy library and drop-in sessions.
