Help from: Twins and Multiple Births Association (Tamba)

Tamba helps families who have experienced a multiple birth tackle the difficulties that can come with them.

It runs specialist groups for families with three or more children bornat the same time, families where one or more children from a multiplebirth has special needs, one-parent families, and those who have beenbereaved from a multiple birth (the group for this has its own web siteat www.tamba-bsg.org.uk).

Tamba also operates Twinline, a free helpline offering confidentialsupport and information for parents and professionals. And the charityhas designed a course on "parenting with multiples in mind".
