Wendy Brownbridge, nurse consultant in public health at North Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust, said: "Increasing breast-feeding rates locally is very challenging. The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole with Howden Strategic Breast-feeding Group aims to bring together partners to develop strategy."
