In Chorley the number of infant deaths has gone down by five since 2004 to seven, while in Huntingdonshire it decreased by three from 15 to 12 deaths. In Wycombe the number of infant deaths has decreased by two to 15. Across England infant deaths fell by 184 between 2004 and 2005.
