The 215m fund has announced its third funding window will runfrom 1 May to 30 June.
Work with children and young people is one of the fund's five keystrands, which also include education and learning, and health andsocial care.
Speaking to Children Now, Gutch said groups that had already built linkswith commissioning organisations stood a better chance of success. "Theyneed to think about which public bodies might purchase a service andthen actually go out and meet them and find out what their prioritiesare," he said.
Gutch also revealed the fund could offer further support to investees inthe area of full-cost recovery, such as help with negotiatingcontracts.
