Funding Watch - Who's getting money and who's giving it - Camelot urges cash applications

1 min read
Young people aged 11 to 25 are being urged to apply for one of eight 3,000 awards to spend on a project that will make a real difference to themselves and their community.

The 4front Awards, now in their third year and funded by the Camelot Foundation, are designed and judged by young people.

The themes for this year's awards are improving my community, health and wellbeing, standing up for my rights, and arts and music.

The Camelot Foundation has done away with "boring application forms" and applicants are asked to send in a five-minute video saying what they want to spend the money on and how it will benefit the community.

Entrants should also include any evidence they have that their idea is likely to be a success, plus a plan of action for turning their idea into reality.
