1 min read

What is it? Volunteering and training charity CSV (Community Service Volunteers) has launched its Action Earth 2010 programme, which provides cash grants to help make a difference to the local environment. Funds are available for community volunteering projects that have an immediate positive effect on the local environment. The programme is supported by supermarket chain Morrisons and Scottish Natural Heritage.

How much is on offer? Grants funded by Morrisons of up to £50 are available to help groups in England, Wales and Scotland carry out environmental projects. The programme is also offering a limited number of £250 grants funded by the Scottish Natural Heritage that are only available for biodiversity environmental projects in Scotland.
