1 min read

What is it? Launched this month by the Home Office, the Ben Kinsella Community Cash Awards will provide grants for young people to run positive anti-knife crime activities and projects in their local areas in England and Wales. The fund will be administered by The Prince's Trust. Brooke Kinsella, sister of knife crime murder victim Ben Kinsella, will work with the youth support charity to select successful projects.

How much is on offer? The total fund is £250,000 and fifty grants of £3,000 are available. Each recipient project will be mentored by The Prince's Trust through a dedicated adviser who will assist young people delivering their initiative.
