Funding brief: Hackney gets out-of-court settlement

Street dance sessions for eight- to 12-year-olds on housing estates and a football programme are among projects being considered by Hackney Council after it received 300,000 from Nike in an out-of-court settlement over the unauthorised use of its logo. The remaining 220,000 will go towards a youth sports development fund.
