FACILITIES: Kids' Clubs Network launches manifesto

The network launched the Make Space Manifesto to outline how various organisations and young people can work together to create youth facilities. It is running the Make Space campaign, sponsored by Nestle, to open after-school clubs for 11- to 16-year-olds.

The manifesto includes the setting up of a young people's plan in each area, joining up services to create a Youth Compact and an "active listening campaign" to consult with young people.
