- What workload challenges do you face over the next academic year?
The new 14-19 diplomas will definitely increase my workload. The diplomas have great potential as they develop opportunities for the whole community. Being a Catholic school, that is central to what we do. We will have to co-ordinate the travel of pupils from one school to another. I am very fortunate that we already have a consortium of five schools and a college so we have a high level of trust established, which will be vital when we start collaborating over the diplomas.
