Education News: Racial equality - Schools guided on Race Relations Act

They are backed by the Department for Education and Skills and the Commission for Racial Equality.

Keith Ajegbo, head teacher at Deptford Green School in London and chair of the Education Practitioner Group, which developed the guidelines, said they provided a "baseline against which schools can evaluate their own practice".
