The network has been established to advise the organisation's 2,000 local UK groups on how to provide full accessibility and good practice in working with disabled young people.
The brigade has 25 voluntary advisers throughout the UK, who will work to improve the access of young people to its activities and the Girls' Brigade.
Karen Jay, director of training at the Boys' Brigade, said the work would include young people with challenging behaviour.
"Someone with Tourette's syndrome finds it hard to play in a football match, because under Football Association rules you are sent off for swearing," said Jay. "But they can play at the Boys' Brigade."
