Three-fifths of apprentices do not know where to turn to for advice before embarking on an apprenticeship career path, research has found. The study by government-funded training and apprenticeships provider Positive Outcomes questioned 277 apprentices aged between 16 and 24.
A former youth worker who sexually exploited teenage girls online has been jailed for more than four years. Gazette Live reports that Teesside Crown Court was told that 36-year-old Christopher Wise trawled the internet for young girls and targeted three schoolgirls via social media.
