CWDC Update: Interested in returning to social work?

Well, we want you back. If you are a qualified social worker who has left the profession and you are thinking of returning, then why not take advantage of our Return to Social Work programme?

CWDC is funding local authorities to offer advice and training through a series of refresher courses covering current social work theory and practice. The local authorities will be delivering these 20-day courses nationwide, and they will run at different times throughout the year.

Each 20-day course provides advice and support in finding a position within a families and children setting. Participants on the course will receive financial support (including travel and child care assistance).

If you are interested in getting involved, visit http://bethedifference.cwdcouncil.org.uk to register your interest to return.
