Children's Trusts: Youth workers reassured that social care will not take over

1 min read

The assurance was made as ConfEd, the umbrella group for the Association of Directors of Education and Children's Services (ADECS), announced it was teaming up with the Association of Directors of Social Services (ADSS) in a drive to make a "common cause" for children and young people.

The arrangement allows children's services directors to join the ADSS, as well as providing shared training opportunities.
