Opportunity Links developed Kent's Children's Centre ParticipationToolkit using Department for Education and Skills money. It draws ongood practice from the UK and around the world and shows how to engagechildren and parents.
Two hundred copies of the toolkit were sent out and children's centremanagers, Sure Start directors and joint commissioning officers trainedto use it.
