CHILDREN'S BILL NEWS: Workforce Reform - Trainers air doubts over skills funding

The more "coherent, stable and flexible" workforce identified in the Bill as essential to the children's sector will be underpinned by a series of reforms, including a pay strategy and the new sector skills council, Skills for Care.

Skills for Care will serve professionals working with children, young people and families as well as general social care staff.
