Cartoon character Scooby Doo paid a visit to an out-of-school club in Battersea, south London, to see children put on a musical performance. The children, who attend the Bolingbroke club at Westbridge Primary School, put on a show of skills they learned through the Come and Play programme, which gives children access to music making and is run by 4Children and funded by Youth Music.
Scooby Doo also presented a cheque for 5,500 to Come and Play on behalf of the TV channel Cartoon Network.
