Care firm revamps specialist services

1 min read Social Care
One of the country's biggest care providers, Continuum, has revamped its services after a major overhaul of its business.

The organisation, which is made up of Cambrian Care, Farrow House, Green Corns and Herts Care, has combined its four social care arms to ensure it has one way of working across England and Wales.

The firm, which looks after more than 100 children, has 80 residential homes ranging from intensive homes for one young person to group homes for up to four young people. As part of the changes, all policies and procedures Continuum used have been reviewed. While it will continue to work with local authorities at a regional level, services such as human resources, accounts and training have been brought together.
