British Red Cross encourages young people

Youth Work
The British Red Cross is encouraging more young people to take part in its Certificate in Retail Skills and to apply to its Retail Innovation Fund.

The fund will give £250 to young charity shop volunteers with innovative and creative ideas to increase charity shop sales or to raise awareness of their shop within the community. Launched last year, the certificate is a nationally recognised qualification developed according to Russell Commission criteria.
