Our interview panel consists mainly of young people and a couple of staff members. The interviews are led by the young people, who are very excited about the process. It makes such a difference working in a service that is so influenced by our users. Every day is Takeover Day in our place.
Tuesday - Take part in filming for our Blueprint DVD. My piece is an introduction to our work at Barnardo's children's rights service, which needs to be done in one take. It's easier said than done but after a couple of fluffed lines, we get there. It's important to do our kids justice - they worked so hard on this project and the results are fantastic.
