Towards the end of last year, our Gay and Lesbian Youth Group had a problem with members: we didn't have any. All groups go through quiet times, but this one was dragging on a bit too long. Evasive action was needed. If Clause 28 didn't get us, then we're certainly not giving up now.

So I went back to the floor for a few months. Joining the group meant working with Sue. Everyone likes Sue. She's got that special ability to laugh at herself. I remembered how much fun it is to have a co-worker with whom you can develop a real rapport.
