What's a typical week? I have to attend at least one committee meeting a week, and organise activities for young people.

I send out letters to young people about fun activities available and also run peer education programmes on sexual health, drugs and alcohol and the law. I also meet with our youth sub-committee of 70 young people every six weeks to make sure their views are represented in meetings.

There is also a lot of training.

Who is in your meetings? I link up with youth offending teams, drug action teams, teenage pregnancy co-ordinators, sexual health workers, and we have three personal advisers based in the office. Everyone's been really friendly to work with.
