What are your responsibilities? As well as working on strategies within the organisation, I also promote diversity and equality with young people, which means visiting schools and colleges.

At the moment, we are working on an EU-funded project called Gender Equality Race Inclusion, which will be piloting an online learning DVD and a drama project to reach out to young people, with a view to Connexions Lancashire leading a national project in partnership with other Connexions partnerships.
