Antisocial Behaviour: Shopping centre to run texting scheme

Crime Concern's trial Txt Zone scheme aims to tackle bad behaviour in the West Orchards Shopping Centre.

The approach was devised by three local teenagers who belong to Pru 4 Youth, a crime-reduction project run by Crime Concern and Prudential, the owner of the shopping centre.

If Txt Zone proves a success, Prudential will consider introducing the scheme in its 19 other shopping centres.
