Harris is currently chief executive of the Vale of Glamorgan Local Health Board. Before that she worked as general manager for the Vale of Glamorgan Local Health Group, as commissioning director for the Bro Taf Health Authority, and as performance manager for the Department of Health and Social Care at the Welsh Assembly Government.
