Antrobus will start work at the drug and alcohol treatment charity on October 1.
Antrobus, who has worked at Clubs for Young People for the last five years, said he felt it was time to pass the mantle on, and described the move as a "natural progression".
He said: "With Clubs for Young People's successful contribution to the development of world class facilities and the recent development of the Blueprint report, I now think it's a good time to pass on the organisation so it can continue to contribute successfully to the development of young people's clubs. It feels like the right time to hand the organisation to new people as I go on to develop my career."
