Bryn Melyn Care (BMC) was bought from its founder Brendan McNutt and three minor shareholders earlier this month, the Outcomes First Group said.
BMC delivers a portfolio of specialist services, for young people aged seven to 18, from crisis and assessment placements, through to long-term placements and preparation for independent living.
This acquisition extends Outcomes First Group’s portfolio by 27 specialist residential care homes; one independent day school for children in Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 5; one specialist home for those with learning disabilities, autism and associated behavioural needs; and two specialist residential schools.
Outcomes First Group provides individually tailored support plans for each child and young person in their care across England, its website says.
