Parenting programme Triple P for Baby training will be offered in-person and remotely, and can be delivered in a group format or individually.

Parents transitioning into parenthood or with a baby of up to 12 months old will be able to access the offer by contacting their local family hubs.

The sessions will aim to increase positive parenting skills to promote secure attachment, reduce parent and infant distress, and increase overall family wellbeing.

The programme will focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment; building a positive and predictable learning environment; having realistic expectations; and parent self-care.

Parents will also learn to understand their baby's sleep patterns and develop healthy sleep habits, and to promote their child's social and cognitive development.
