Vanessa George and her accomplice's Colin Blanchard and Angela Allen, face long jail terms after pleading guilty at Bristol Crown Court to a series of sex offences on Thursday.
George, who worked at Little Ted's nursery in Plymouth, was urged by Mr Justice Royce to reveal the names of her victims before the three return for sentencing next month.
Bronwen Lacey, director of services for children and young people at Plymouth City Council, said support was being offered to parents and nurseries in the area.
"A helpline for families was opened as soon as Vanessa George was charged," she said. "Health and educational psychology staff have been on stand-by to receive referrals and offer counselling."
