Overland Children's Centre in Bow, offered music workshops, play sessions, story and rhyme, baby yoga, baby massage and a healthy cooking course for parents and their children. It also had a visit from a mobile farm, which attracted local families to the centre after they saw the animals from their homes.
Centre manager Paula Holt said: "It's been really good, we have had parents coming into the centre that haven't previously visited."
The centre plans to evaluate the activities and speak to parents through its steering group and forum before they decide what activities they will do again in the holidays.
