Grants for hospitals, charities and individuals to help children and young people up to the age of 25

Funding Grants to individuals must not exceed £500. Grants to charities of up to £25,000 per year for a maximum of two years will be considered.

Funder The Roald Dahl Foundation gives grants to hospitals, charities and individuals in the UK to help children and young people up to the age of 25. It funds projects where young people suffer from either neurological or haematological conditions such as epilepsy, meningitis, brain injury, sickle cell anaemia and thalassaemia. The foundation no longer funsd literacy projects.

Aim For individuals: to meet specific needs such as household items, clothing, fuel bills, toys and stimulation equipment. For chrities and projects: initial funding to support specialist paediatric nursing posts and the provision of information and support to children.
