Drapers' Charitable Fund

Funding for registered charities

Funding Grants average between £1,000 and £5,000, although some larger grants of up to £25,000 may be available.

Funder Formed more than 600 years ago, The Drapers' Company was one of the 12 great livery companies of the City of London. It always had a role as a benevolent organisation for members and its main role now is the administration of a number of charitable trusts.

Aim Since 2003 the fund has been making awards in four broad categories: the relief of need, in particular poverty, disability and disadvantage; education and training; culture and religion; and where there is a historical link with The Drapers' Company, particularly projects in Draperstown, Northern Ireland.
