Comic Relief: mental health

1 min read Health Mental health

What is it? Comic Relief hopes to improve the wellbeing of young people aged 11 to 25 with mental health problems in the UK. It says that in the past 25 years, anxiety and depression rates among young people have increased by 70 per cent but with the right help their lives could be greatly improved.

How much is on offer? Projects can apply for some or all of their costs but are encouraged to find some funding from other sources. Grants range from £25,000 to £40,000 a year for a maximum of three years and rarely exceed this upper limit.
