This resource pack is designed for youth workers and other professionals working with young people aged 13 to 16. It can be used as a standalone session or as part of a wider alcohol and drugs programme.

As well as giving information, the activities enable young people to explore attitudes and values around alcohol issues to help them build skills to make healthy choices.

ALCOHOL WARM-UP

Aim: This is a quick warm-up to raise the topic of alcohol and assess knowledge.

You will need

- A copy of the word scramble on the PDF

- Pens

How to do it: Divide the main group into smaller groups and hand each one a pen and word scramble puzzle.
