The deadline to enter the 2013 Children & Young People Now Awards has been extended by one week, to Thursday 11 July. Entries must be received before 12 noon that day.
You can enter any project or initiative, whether it is in the public, voluntary or private sector, or a social enterprise.
There are 21 categories to pick from and your entry must be able to provide at least some evidence of the work’s impact. ?Entry is free and straightforward – you can submit your entries online at www.cypnowawards.com.
An expert panel of judges from across the sector will examine all the entries and whittle them down to produce shortlists in each category. A panel of young people will judge the shortlisted entries at a later stage
These awards, which are now in their eighth year, have become the gold standard in services for families, children and young people across the UK.
They provide a showcase of good practice from which others can learn. For the winners and those that are highly commended, they also provide a powerful case to funders for investment.
The awards will be announced and presented at a gala ceremony on the evening of 27 November at the Hurlingham Club in London.?? Full details and a downloadable entry form are at www.cypnowawards.com.
