The awards exist to reward excellence in work that improves the life chances of children, from birth to 19, and their families.
You can enter any project or initiative, whether it is in the public, voluntary or private sector. There are 22 categories to pick from.
An expert panel of judges from across the children's and youth sector will examine all the entries. A panel of young people will also judge the entries at a later stage. It is therefore important that your entry is clear and accessible to adult professionals and young people alike.
The Awards will be handed out at a gala ceremony on the evening of 26 November at the Hurlingham Club in London.
