Voice 21's vox pop on raising the legal age for drinking alcohol seems to divide opinion among young people in Sandwell. While some feel that raising the drinking age to 21 would send the right message about the dangers of excess drinking, others feel it would make no difference to young people who still want to drink: "If they have a way to get hold of alcohol now, there is no doubt they will get it even if the age limit is raised," claims 14-year-old Simone Mendez.
