Youth Magazine Round-up: Exposure, Voxx, Tamezin, On Road

1 min read Youth Work
Young writer Cherice Gosling shares her thoughts on teenage dieting in the latest issue of Exposure magazine.

The 15-year-old has been clinically overweight since the age of nine and says that being on a diet is not a choice, but a necessity for her. "I'm not saying that being overweight is ugly or wrong, just unhealthy, and I want to live a full and happy life," she says.

Voxx magazine gives an insight into the popular summer activity of interrailing. Although travelling by train around Europe may not appeal to everyone, young writer David Whittingham insists that experiencing cities as diverse as Bern in Switzerland, and Istanbul in Turkey can be a life-changing experience. He offers useful tips for intrepid travellers and encourages readers to give backpacking a try. "You won't forget the experience," he adds.
