The board and the trust have agreed to work more closely together, and the first example of this co-operation was officially launched last week. Youth offending teams (YOTs) will work with the trust to develop protocols that encourage the use of Princes Trust programmes.
YOTs will refer young offenders to the trusts Team programme. This 12-week residential scheme includes community projects and work experience, and aims to get young people into work or education.
