Youth Justice News: Youth Justice Board - Board in danger of losingpowers

Three of the 12 board members are due to stand down on 1 September, but the Home Office has not announced their successors.

The YJB board must have at least 10 members to make binding decisions.

A spokesman for the Home Office said steps are being taken to ensure the board has the required membership over the next few months.
