Youth Work

Information, advice and counselling membership charity Youth Access will be among the organisations to benefit from the royal wedding.

The charity was named by Prince William and Catherine Middleton as one of 26 charity partners. They have asked the public to donate to their charitable fund instead of buying them gifts. Youth Access' 200 members support more than one million young people a year by providing counselling and advice services.

Barbara Rayment, director of Youth Access, said: "It is a huge honour to have been chosen. It is an extraordinary endorsement of everything we have achieved to date and all that we aspire to deliver in the future for young people."
